  • How do your park trips work?

Park trips are group adventures where dogs can run, wrestle, and socialize in a safe, controlled environment. We monitor all play, carefully match personalities, and make sure every dog gets plenty of exercise and attention.

  • What are the requirements for my dog to join park trips or group walks?

    – Up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP/DAPP, Bordetella)
    – Social and non-aggressive with people and other dogs
Puppies must have completed their vaccination series before joining

    Vaccination Policy

  • Do you offer boarding? In a kennel facility or in a home?

We provide home-style boarding — no cold kennels here! Dogs stay in a comfortable, supervised environment with plenty of playtime, cuddles, and structure. Each pup has their own feeding and hydration station, endless choices of beds and couches, and private rooms if needed.

  • What do I need to bring for boarding?

    Please provide:
Your dog’s food (to keep their diet consistent)
Any medications or supplements (with instructions)
    – A favorite toy, blanket, or bed for comfort

We provide bowls, crates, and lots of love! 💜

  • What training services do you offer?

    We offer:
Puppy basics (potty training, recall, crate training, sensory exposure)
Manners & obedience (sit, stay, down, polite leash walking)
Behavior support (jumping, pulling, impulse control, reactivity)

Training can be one-on-one or incorporated into walks or boarding stays.

  • Will my dog always be walked or boarded with the same group of dogs?

Yes! We carefully build consistent playgroups and walking packs so your pup is always surrounded by familiar friends and routines. If being introduced to new friends, we use gated separation tactics to ensure sniffs are safe, respectful, and always on your pup’s terms.

  • What if my dog has special needs or takes medication?

We’re experienced with administering medications and caring for dogs with specific needs. Just let us know your dog’s routine and we’ll keep things consistent.

  • How do you handle emergencies?

Safety is always our priority. Our staff is pet first aid certified. In case of emergency, we will:
    – Ensure your dog is safe and secure
    – Contact you immediately
    – Seek veterinary care if necessary

We keep emergency contacts and vet information on file for every client.

  • How do I get started?

Contact us to set up a meet-and-greet! This allows us to learn about your dog’s needs, personality, and routine, and gives your pup the chance to sniff us out before joining the pack.

  • What areas do you serve for dog training?

    Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.
